  • ou are single official representative of TM "Supernova" in your city.
  • Your shop will be placed in the chapter of our official website called “Our shops”.
  • We will direct all our clients from your city straight to your salon with our production.
  • We will provide you with our official advertising production.
  • First order of our exclusive partners has to be consisted at least of 10 dresses.
  • Amount and the order of year purchasing will be discussed individually.

 3. VIP-partner

  • The best variant of co-operation for big wholesale clients. If you want to become one of our VIP-partners and receive regular 5% discount for all of your orders, you need to buy 70 dresses during 1 year.

2) How to place an order?

You can place your order in different ways, which will be the most convenient for you. Use our official e-shop, send a message to our e-mail or contact with our manager by using of our contact-phone. You have an opportunity to send a message using Viber or Whatsapp. General thing for order making is to specify model’s number, color, size and quantity.

3) Why do not I see the price?

Prices are available for those users only, who have completed all required data in their personal profiles. Please, complete all fields in your personal profile and our manager will give you the access to our prices as soon as it possible.

4) What is the minimum order can be ordered by each client?

Minimum order for wedding dresses – 5 items.

In the time of recurring order making, the minimal order of wedding dresses is 2 items.

5) How do I pay for the order?

After making of order, you need to pay 50% of your order’s amount. After receiving of prepay, we will begin to produce all elements of your order. The second part of amount has to be paid in a time, when your order will be ready before sending it by post.

You have an opportunity to make payments with using of different money transfer systems like Western Union, MoneyGram, InteliExpress, Contact or money transfer to PrivatBant debit card.

6) What are the terms of order production?

Terms of production depends on the load on manufactory, and on size of your order . If you need to get dresses in the shortest terms we offer to our clients our special service of rush order, which can be included for additional payment. We try to make our work promptly and send all order according to the time terms.

7) Is it possible to sue dresses by individual measures or with some changes?

Yes, it is possible, but model’s price will be changed. All details have to be discussed individually with our administrator.

8) How is the delivery carried out?

If you are in Ukraine, your delivery can be made by Nova Poshta Company, InTime Post Company or by other Post Companies, which work across Ukraine.

For our clients from Russia, we deliver our production with our currier to Moscow and after that the delivery will be made with help of any Post Company, which will be the most comfortable for our clients. This information can be discussed individually with our manager.

For delivery of our goods to Europe and other countries we use services of EMS Post or UkrPoshta Post Companies.

9) How much does the delivery cost?

Delivery has to be paid by client. All details will be discussed with our sales manager!

Price for our goods delivery to Russia by our curries costs $12 for one wedding dress. Additionally, in a time of your parcel receiving you will need additionally to pay services of your Post Company. A price will depend on the volume of your parcel and the distance between departure point and your city.
